AYRIA is the electronic project of singer Jennifer Parkin, formed in early   2003.  The debut release, Debris, was a collaboration between Jennifer and Shaun Frandsen (of Glis, USA) and featured other talented musicians including Iris (Diffusion Records), DJ Delobbo (Rubin Roche), Massiv In Mensch (Artoffact Records) and DJ Ram (Virtual Server).  At the same time as the release of Debris, Ayria hit the road as a supporting act for RAZED IN BLACK's 2003 North American tour. Since Debris was released, it has received excellent reviews and has charted on Germany's prestigious DAC charts. With songs like "Horrible Dream", "Disease" and "Debris"; the debut album can be described as a combination of aggressive EBM tracks with more melodic synthpop tracks, exploring electro elements and lavished with rich and emotional female vocals.  2004 for Ayria was a year of touring and promoting Debris including openings for such acts as Wolfsheim and Das Ich as well as extensively touring North America.

Jennifer Parkin is also known for her earlier work in Epsilon Minus, having released two albums as the lead vocalist, before leaving to form Ayria. Jennifer was also featured as a guest vocalist on many other projects, including Implant "Planet Euphoria" (Alfa Matrix), Implant "Uturn 3" (Artoffact), Glis "Balance" (Alfa Matrix), Parallel Project "Fusion" (Sector 9 Studios), Aiboforcen "Kafarnaum" (Alfa Matrix) and most recently Mexican project Isis Signum released on Advanced Synergy Records.

Currently, Jennifer is in the studio puting the final touches on "Flicker" which is the follow-up release to Debris expected out early Fall 2005.  Jenn is tackling a new frontier by writing and programming all of the new material.  Anyone who has been a fan of Jenn's work has already come to expect a release that will be stylistically diverse fulfilling needs for aggression, melody, emotion and poppy fun.  This time, the aggression gets harsher than ever and the melodic moments go further than she's gone in the past.  This release is a total exposure of the soul, a whole new level of creativity, and a glimpse into the depths and future of the Ayria sound.

With shows already lined up this year in California, Florida and the UK, Expect great things from Ayria in 2005!
